Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Name, email address, and (optionally) WhatsApp number, when you use the contact form, request a free download, or enroll in tutoring or a course.
• For tutoring bookings, your preferred date/time and class level, so a session can be scheduled.
• Basic, anonymized usage analytics (pages visited, approximate location by country/city) via Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies to track you individually.

We never collect or store payment details (card numbers, UPI IDs, bank details) ourselves. All payments are processed directly by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant; we only receive confirmation that a payment was made, and basic order details.

2. Why we collect it

• To respond to questions sent through the contact form.
• To deliver free resources (the Core Concepts booklet, practice papers) you’ve requested.
• To confirm and schedule paid 1:1 tutoring sessions or cohort course enrollment.
• To occasionally send updates about new content or offerings, which you can opt out of anytime by replying to any email.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with the services needed to run the site and deliver what you’ve asked for: Resend (email delivery), Razorpay (payment processing), and Vercel (hosting and anonymized analytics). We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.

4. Data retention & security

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and take reasonable technical measures (encrypted connections, restricted access) to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take this seriously.

5. Children’s privacy

Physics by Lamhi is used by school students, many of whom are minors. If you are under 18, please use the contact and enrollment forms with a parent or guardian’s awareness, as they are also the ones typically handling payment.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@physicsbylamhi.com.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally; the “last updated” date above will always reflect the latest version.
