1. The content

All notes, simulations, practice questions, videos, and the Core Concepts booklet are original work created by Lamhi Chauhan. They’re for your personal study use. Please don’t redistribute, resell, or republish them elsewhere, in part or in full, without permission.

2. Free resources

Free resources (the Core Concepts booklet, practice papers) are provided as-is, at no cost, in exchange for basic contact details used as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Paid tutoring & courses

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change at any time; the price shown at the time of payment is what applies to that purchase.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
• 1:1 tutoring sessions are scheduled directly with Lamhi via WhatsApp/email after payment, based on the preferred time you provide.
• Cohort course seats are limited; enrollment is confirmed once payment is received.

4. No outcome guarantee

Tutoring and courses are designed to genuinely help with CBSE and JEE Physics, but exam results and grades depend on many factors outside our control, including each student’s own practice and effort. We don’t guarantee specific marks, ranks, or outcomes.

5. Acceptable use

Please don’t attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. We may restrict access for anyone who does.

6. Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or its content.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.

8. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
